Heartwood Wellbeing provides holistic therapy services including massage therapy, sound healing, aromatherapy, and companion care for seniors. Our services are provided by Kelly, a trained Holistic Therapist, and are designed to promote wellbeing and relaxation.

2. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone, or email
  • We require 24 hours notice for cancellations
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a 50% charge
  • No-shows will be charged the full session fee
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it's not appropriate

3. Health and Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications
  • Our services are complementary and do not replace medical treatment
  • Clients should consult their GP before starting any new therapy
  • We maintain professional indemnity insurance
  • All equipment and products used are safe and appropriate

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and other agreed payment methods
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are at our discretion and subject to individual circumstances

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or for your safety.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to provide safe and effective services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
